With You Every Step of the Way
Thinking about death can be scary and painful. Together with your family and loved ones, we are here to share your hopes, expectations and concerns to help you through this difficult time.
Today, there is HOPE. With our Interdisciplinary Team of experts, we are dealing with End-Of-Life more efficiently and effectively, offering patients and caregivers a greater chance to end their story “PEACEFULLY”.
HOPE Hospice staff are specially trained in hospice care and symptom management to help you remain as pain-free and comfortable as possible.

"At Hope Hospice, we firmly believe in the healing power of prayer. As stewards of your health, we not only look for physical means to treat what ails you, but also to spiritual and supernatural means to receive healing, comfort, and peace."
Senior Care Specialist
"The team at Hope is exceptional. I take huge pride in talking to doctors and social workers about the quality of care and the level of commitment that each of the Hope team members offers to patients and family members."
"Hospice is such a vulnerable time in someone's life and to be able to provide the support and guidance to individuals and families through this journey, makes me feel honored to be a part of this team. Hope Hospice reassures individuals and families that they are not alone and provides comfort and compassion when they need it the most."
"The end of life is inevitable and it is never easy, but I believe that there is such a thing as a "good death". In hospice, we help terminally ill patients die with dignity and without pain. Many people think that hospice is the most emotionally difficult field to work in. For me, it is a very humbling job. I get to care for people at the end of their life and can help them achieve their final wishes and goals. I stand with their families during the most difficult part of life's journey. For me, hospice nursing is not a career, it is a calling."
"I’ve always enjoyed working in a line of work where I can take care of and nurture others. Being able to give others support whether it be: physically, emotionally, and/or spiritually. Helping others and taking care of individuals and their families and insuring their happiness makes all the hard work worthwhile. I am honored to be a part of a wonderful team such as Hope Hospice, where I’m surrounded by others who share my same passion.”
"Everyday at Hope Hospice, I meet patients who may be in the final stage of their lives. It’s my goal to make sure all my patients are given the best care, make them feel as comfortable as possible and be there wholeheartedly in their time of need. I’m also thankful to be a part of an amazing team that has the same core values, everyone is a pleasure to work with. This job is truly rewarding in so many ways."
Rosemarie, BSN RN
"I believe in Hospice because it enables you to live each day to the fullest as comfortably and dignified as possible. Hospice emphasis is quality of life and comfort. Hospice does not cause death. Disease causes death. Hospice does allow death to occur in its normal, natural time frame in the most humane, non suffering manner possible."
Spiritual Support Volunteer
"Hospice provides comfort, support, meaning, and dignity to both patients and their loved ones- and does so at a time when they feel most vulnerable and afraid. To provide light during this seemingly darkest of times is the greatest gift that I can give to another human being. That is why I believe in our hospice mission."
Maria, BSCH RN
"Having been a hospice nurse for over 15 years, I believe that there is no greater way to help people than to provide care and comfort to their cherished loved ones when end of life draws near. We have worked hard to assemble a TEAM of like-minded individuals who will put our patients and families before themselves in order to make a difficult and uncomfortable experience smoother."
